This form authorizes SF Quality Logistics (We Dispatch Better) to accept freight loads on your behalf, complete Brokers/Customer Carrier setup packets for you, sign Load confirmations, and contact your insurance company for each load. This authorization acts like a power of attorney, allowing us to book loads in your name without requiring you to handle any paperwork.
